This page describes what this site stores, why, and who else sees it. It is short because the site does little.
What is collected
Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. With an order, the details you type in. For post production, that is a link to your footage, its length and an optional deadline. For design work, it is your brand name, what it does, references, colors and a deadline. If you write to us for a quote or brand advice, we keep what you send, including a shipping address for gear. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is inferred.
Signing in with Google
If you choose it, Google shares your email address and name with us, and nothing else. We never see your password or the rest of your Google account.
Payment
Payments run through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach this site. What comes back is the amount, the currency and whether the charge succeeded.
Your footage
Nothing is uploaded to this site. You paste a link to storage you control, and you can revoke it at any time. To do the work we download a working copy, which is deleted 30 days after delivery.
Where it lives
Accounts, orders and tutorial purchases are stored with Supabase, payments with Stripe, and emails go out through Resend. The site runs on Cloudflare, which sees what every website sees, such as your IP address. These companies process data on our behalf, not for their own use. Some of them are in the United States.
How long it is kept
Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting your account removes your login; past orders stay on file without it attached. Footage working copies are deleted 30 days after delivery.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, rent it or use it for advertising. Your footage and brand details are never used to train anything or shown to anyone.
Tracking
No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Cookies are used for one thing: keeping you logged in. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion at any time. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or California's give you more. Write to the address below and you get an answer within 30 days.
