Terms

These are the terms for buying from 180Labs. They are short enough to read, and placing an order means you accept them.
Who you are dealing with
180Labs is operated by KF PRODUCTIONS LLC. "We" means that company; "you" means the person or business placing the order. Ordering for a company means you can agree to these terms on its behalf.
Accounts
An account is needed for tutorials and to follow your orders. Keep your login to yourself; what happens under it is your responsibility. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
Post production packages
Each package states what it covers: stitching, color and encode, a delivered length and a source limit. Going over the source limit is settled before work starts. You move up a package, add a source block at the listed rate, or get a full refund. Turnaround is an estimate that starts once payment clears and the footage link works. Revision rounds are included as listed on each package. Fixing our own stitching, alignment or encoding errors never counts as one.
Your footage
You keep every right to your footage and to everything we deliver from it. By sending a link you confirm that you own the footage or are allowed to hand it over, and that you have the releases and consents of everyone who appears in it. We use it only to do your job: no portfolio, no showreel, no sharing, unless you say so in writing. Working copies are deleted 30 days after delivery. Keep your own backups — we are not an archive.
Design work and brand advice
Logos, 3D logos, brand kits and channel packs are made from the brief you send after payment. Once the order is paid in full, the final files and every right to them are yours. Directions you did not pick stay with us and are never reused as someone else's brand. You confirm that the names and references you send do not infringe anyone else's rights. Brand advice is a written opinion; what you do with it is your call.
Hourly work and quotes
Work billed by the hour or quoted by email follows what that email agreed: scope, rate and dates. Where it differs from these terms, the email wins for that job.
Classroom
Buying a tutorial gives you personal, non-transferable access to watch it for as long as the Classroom exists. Project files are for your own practice. Downloading, re-uploading, sharing a login or reselling lessons is not allowed, and ends access without a refund. A membership renews monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge, and access runs to the end of the period already paid.
Gear
Gear is sold by quote. Price, shipping, taxes and delivery time are confirmed by email before you pay, and that quote is the agreement. Import duties are yours unless the quote says otherwise. Warranty is as stated on each item. Report transit damage within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full, up front, through Stripe. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies. Disputing a charge without writing to us first pauses any open work until it is resolved.
Refunds
Post production and design: a full refund until work starts, none after — unless we miss what the package promised and cannot fix it, in which case you get your money back. Tutorials: a full refund within 14 days if you have not watched past the free chapter. Memberships: a period already started is not refunded. Gear: returns within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the original box, with return shipping on you unless the item arrived faulty.
Work we turn down
We can refuse or stop any job, and refund whatever has not been done. That includes footage that is illegal where you or we are, footage shot without the consent of the people in it, and footage that infringes someone else's rights.
Liability
We work carefully, but the site and the lessons are provided as they are. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, missed release dates or indirect damage. Nothing here removes rights that the law where you live does not let us remove.
Changes
These terms can change. The version in force when you paid applies to that order, and the date at the top says when they last changed.
